CASORON® Herbicide is an easy-to-use granular product that, when applied directly to the soil surface in late fall or early spring, provides long-lasting, broad-spectrum control of annual grasses, broadleaf and certain perennial weeds to allow time for more important tasks in-season.

Quick Facts
  • Controls broadleaf and grassy weeds at weed germination and the start of weed growth
  • Apply in cooler temperatures (less than 15 °C), which frees up time in-season
  • Tank-mix with other herbicides for broader control
  • Use the lower rate with repeat applications for annual weed control
  • Use the high rate (175 kg/ha) to control grasses and tough perennial weeds every second year. Application at the lower rate (110 kg/ha) can be done the following year for annual weed control

Apply 110-175 kg of CASORON per hectare, with the amount used based on the area actually treated. Lower rates can be used if application is immediately followed by an application of 1.3 to 2.5 cm of water by overhead irrigation. Use the high rate only every other year.
