Mr. Vinod Sethi served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., until February 2001 and served as its Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for 12 years. He has been a Non-Executive & Independent Director of UPL Limited (formerly known as United Phosphorus Limited) since January 30, 2006. He served as an Additional Director of Uniphos Enterprises Ltd. since January 30, 2006. He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering and also holds a degree in B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai and an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business, New York University.
