Mr. Vikram Shroff has a rich and varied experience particularly in precision agriculture, sustainability,human resources, corporate governance, and problem solving. Over the last 26 years, he has held ever increasing responsibilities for UPL group worldwide.

He is instrumental in execution of several strategic projects and is working effectively with regulators around the world in complex, political and challenging situations for providing solutions for sustainable farming. He is committed to organisational excellence and is an energetic leader who brings out the best in his people.

A philanthropist to the core, Vikram is very enthusiastic about the social development projects and the educational endeavours of UPL Group that benefit more than 5,600 students annually. He is the recipient of The Global Gift Philanthropist Award, Dubai in December 2018. His keenness to give back to the society and desire to improve the human lives, is the inspiration to UPL Group’s social & community initiatives.
