Bikash Prasad is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He was bestowed with an award by the Finance Minister of New Delhi at Vigyan Bhawan in 1996 for his academic excellence. He is also a member of Institute of Management Accountants, USA. Bikash holds an observer seat at International Federation of Accountants (IFAC PAIB).

He was previously associated with Olam Agri where he served as President and CFO. A seasoned Finance leader with over 25 years of experience, he held impactful roles with Kimberly Clark-Lever Ltd, Mazda Colours and other organizations. He has successfully led corporate restructuring, separation and carve-outs into distinct operating groups, private placements, IPO-readiness for a potential dual-listing, strategy, finance and digital transformation, positioning business for sustainable and profitable growth. He brings in deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, ESG & Sustainability and building world-class finance-business partnership.

During his illustrious career, he won several external accolades, including CFO of the Year 2024 by UBS (UAE) , Commercial Leader of the Year 2023 by Tigerhall (Singapore) , CFO of the Year 2016 by CFO South Africa. He was also conferred with a "Role Model CMA” award in 2024 by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. He is a respected thought leader, having presented at various international and national forums including IFAC, AICPA, ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, B-Schools, Industry Forums and CFO conferences. He has authored several white papers, including those on Sustainability & ESG and evolving role of CFO.
