Dr. Mritunjay Chaubey, Chief Sustainability Officer – UPL Limited, is a renowned sustainability & environment expert, with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from IIT Delhi and over 28 years of industry experience in leading MNCs.

Dr. Chaubey joined UPL in 2016 and has played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability into core business strategies and significantly reducing environmental footprints. He has been instrumental in getting UPL science-based target approved by UN initiated SBTi.

Dr. Chaubey is also a certified Independent Director, accredited by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He holds various positions in associations such as WBCSD, UNGC, CII, FICCI, ICCA, ICC.
